A practical recall message option finally shows up...
Microsoft has finally provided an effective method to allow users to recall messages. Outlook’s Recall Message function usually doesn’t work, but OWA’s new Undo Send will stop messages that should never be sent. Five seconds might be too short to realize that you have made a mistake and should stop an outbound message, but ten seconds is about right. And if you are really indecisive, you can take up to 30 seconds to decide whether a message should go.

It doesn't work in a popout window.
Very true... which is why the article says:
"Second, message recall is only available for messages created inline. If you use a separate window to create and send a message, you cannot recall it. Apart from Microsoft not completing the feature, there’s no great logic behind why this might be so."

- Enabled it and told everyone about it. It´s a nice addition to all the last second thoughts :-)
