Hello, I have a Microsoft Office 365 account. This account contains data. This data is not available at the moment. What should I do if this data is not available?

Dear Community, please help me. When entering the Administration Center, I have my Microsoft Offcie 365 account history displayed - I can see a list of files, but I cannot download these files to my computer drive, is that okay?
