0% progress under "Analysis in Progress" during PST Migration

I am trying to Import PSt files to o365 using Azcopy Tool.

I ran command Azcopy.exe /Source:"" /Dest:"" /V:"" /Y and uploaded pst file to storage which is successful, i have also mapped CSV file with proper input which is also green and validated but analysis is 0% from 4-5 hours , the size of the file is only 8-10 MB.

Appreciate if somebody could assist where exactly the issue is?
