When you send an approval workflow into Teams using Adaptive Cards, for every new step when the process needs inputs from the user, there is a new card created and sent. Do you know that right now there is a new trigger in Power Automate which allows to get inputs from the users and refresh the existing card generated in Microsoft Teams?
