Microsoft's official documentation affiliate link has expired certificate

Hi, I am trying to notify Microsoft of an expired certificate on their provided developer materials.  I struggled to find any other website support/admin email, so posting here in the hope someone from MS checks these forums and can flag this to the appropriate admin:

The link on the Monetization page to Microsoft Affiliate programs, found for instance on this webpage https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/monetize/

which leads to "microsoftaffiliates.com", currently has an expired certificate and our firewalls will not let us access.

As we wanted to look into offering affiliate benefits for our Microsoft store app, hopefully Microsoft can fix the link.
