Hi Justin, new fiscal year maybe new changes :) Is the above still holds true ?

Hi JohanAussenac - this still holds true.

From the beginning of the ISV Success Build and Publish engagement year (12 month period) the ISV is given 13 months total to use the 5k benefit they receive.  The 5k sponsorship end date for ISV Success is always 1 month past the engagement end date.  This never changes.  If they do not activate the 5k until 6 months into their engagement year, then they only have 7 months to use it.

At this time we cannot provision Azure sponsorships to MCA or CSP agreements. Azure sponsorship cannot be used to purchase Reserved Instances (RI) or (Reserved Capacity (RC).
