Yes for the end user it is now merged into a single markeplace, but behind the scene, we still have 2 different publishing scenarios.
Whenver you publish a plan that use a meter dimension, it is only available throught an azure subscription.
so my initial question remain:
Are there any plans to enable meters for transactable offers on Teams Store / AppSource as well?
