FAQ: Refund for accidentally purchasing a "real" instead of "test" plan

Q: I mistakenly incurred a credit-card charge as a result of accidentally purchasing a "real" plan for an offer instead of a test plan.  Who's the right person for me to work with to get this transaction reversed?
