Customers are unable to purchase our offer with debit card on Appsource

Question

We published an https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/web-apps/sologidtechnologyhubltd1630072004403.solohub?tab=overview on Appsource, a customer reached out to us that he tried to purchase the offer but it got declined even after trying with 3 different cards. I reached out to the support team and was told that the offer can only be purchased with a credit card.
I feel this imposes some form of limitations on our offer, fact being that we’re targeting users in Africa, Nigeria especially. Most of these customers uses debit cards because credit cards are not common in this part of the world.

If possible can we suggest a feature tailored to allow Customers from this part of the world to easily buy, even through their bank accounts which is the most common method that’s being used over here.

Think about it like having a checkout experience that enables publishers to integrate their offer with payment gateways like Paystack, flutterwave, Payaza etc .. or Microsoft rather having those sort of features solely for Africa customers.

We’re happy to work with Microsoft on this feature and integrations.
