Azure VM offer type

In the past we have rolled out SaaS and Azure App offers. We now have our first customer on an Azure VM offer. They went through the process of deploying the Azure VM offer to their Azure tenant yesterday. An Azure VM was setup and is running in their Azure subscription.

How will we know the offer subscription is in place properly and we will get paid for the offer? Do we just have to wait 30+ days for the $$ to show up in our account?
