Two microsoft certification id's under the same email address
I have completed my Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam on Pearson VUE . But the mcids in the mail received after completion and the Microsoft learn tab which is under the same email is different . So I'm not able to access any of my certifications . It was told by the microsoft support that the copy of the certificate will be send through mail after 48 hours but that was also not done . Can somebody help me access the certifications on microsoft learn as i contacted every support forum live chat but nobody was able to help me out .

Akash, have you tried escalating via https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/
That would be the best route. If you're not getting a resolution there, please reach back out via this thread and we can explore other support routes.
