Request Archivement codes for students

Hello,

we are starting as a new Training Service Partner.  We need Microsoft to enable us the option to request the Achievements code from our profile.

We have followed the steps described in the guide found in the following link (several times) but we have not received a response.

https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing/learning-resources#/?search=achievement

We made the request two weeks ago. Is there something we are doing wrong?

We need to be able to request the codes for our students.

This is the option that we need:

To generate these URLs, go to the Learning Resources page and find the Monthly Title
Plan. Follow the steps in the ‘Course URL Instructions’ tab to create a Course and
Achievement Code URL that you can give to your learners.

For Achievement code issues and support please submit a request here aka.ms/iltsupport

      Hello Andrew,

thanks for your answer. It is not really an issue with the achievement code. We are unable to request them (The option doesn't appear).

We are following the steps described in Microsoft documentation and I haven't received any feedback.

I'm going to try to contact Microsoft thought on aka.ms/iltsupport

        Understood.

I never got a response from the partner team, (as implied per the instructions) but it seemed to work after a few days.

Just ensure that you are logging on with a "Course Admin" Learn account and not your regular/Learn account?

        Try using a inprivate browser.

Thank you, but this is not what we need.

We need to generate the Archivement Codes through Microsoft Learn.

    Regards

Hi RubenP2410. I deleted that earlier response as it was spam and off topic.

Please send me a direct message (top right corner of the page, click on your name) with your name, company, and email and I can look into why you're not receiving Achievement Code access. Thanks.

      Dan

        Hello Dan,

I tried to send you a private message, but I received this message:

You have reached the limit for a number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

It is strange because I have not sent private messages to anyone.
