Renewal of certification without qualification

On September 23, I renewed my Azure Network Engineer Associate certification, however, when I submitted my answers the page no longer responded and only the message "Compiling your assessment..." app...

    Wrong forum this is not for exam candidates or issues with credentials, use Microsoft Certification Support https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport
    However, you had six months to renew your certification and waiting until the last day is not advised.
