Unable to get My DP-203 Certificate
Under certification tab, I don't see my certificates on the portal

Can you please clarify:
-What portal you are viewing
-If it is all your certificates or only some
If it was a certificate you recently received, there is sometimes a lag for it to update to Microsoft Learn. Please try clearing your cache and trying again later.
If you are concerned your profile was not properly awarded a certificate you earned, please make a post on the support forum https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/ on the right side with the blue button for all credentials. The team there has the tools to best support you.
Were you able to get your DP-203 certificate? I know Vinoth_Kanna_Ramsingh is still having the same issue as well.

I can only guide you through the standard procedure, beyond that I am just a user like you π Applied skill & Certification tab is empty under my user id. After giving an exam i received an email that i have cleared an examination but not displayed in the portal(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials)
Note: I have only Microsoft certification ID. Using this shall I download my certificate anywhere ?Thank you for confirming, Vinoth_Kanna_Ramsingh
There were some recent changes to the Learn profiles when they launched the new Applied Skills credential. To find your certificate:
1. Use this link to navigate to credentials
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials
If you are not logged in, please do so and use the link again.
2. There should be two tabs in the window, Applied Skills and Certifications. You will want to open Certifications.
3. Click on "View certification details" to Download, Print, or Share your certificate.
If your certificate is not there, please see my above reply for the correct forum to get support.- Hi, After passing an DP-203 Exam on 3rd Nov 2023. I could not able to see my certificate on the portal. Could you please guide me to download my certificate ?
