PL300 Exam booking issue

I'm trying to schedule the Microsoft PL-300 exam, but I'm running into a name mismatch issue. My official name is correctly listed in my Microsoft profile, but during the scheduling process, the system duplicates part of my name (e.g., showing something like "Firstname Middlename Middlename"). This prevents me from completing the booking.
I've already checked my Microsoft account and everything looks correct there. Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a way to fix it? I'm hoping to resolve this without sharing personal details publicly. Any guidance would be appreciated!
