Picture different on my certfication.

Question

When I took the azure adminitration test in person and passed they printed out my certificate however their was a different face on my certficate. I contacted pearson vue to see if they could help me they couldnt do anything so they redirected me to microsoft howver I seem that I cant talk to anyonr and now im posting this hoping someone can help me out and change my picture on my certificate.

Hello - just so I understand: the certificate allows you to add your picture to the document. However, yours came out with the image of a person that was not you? I'll need to explore internally and with Pearson who owns the upload of these images and how they're served on the certificates. I would assume that would be tied to your registration / email.
