NEW!! Learning Partner Support Channel for Microsoft Learn
We are pleased to announce that Learning Partners will now have a single location to get support on Microsoft Learn and Course issues.
Starting April 1st, 2023, Learning Partners will submit escalations directly to Microsoft customer support, at the link below. This new support channel will be fully supported by Microsoft’s customer support team.
- Hours of operation are: 6AM-6PM PST (Mon-Fri).
- Consistent support provided across all aspects of Training including Microsoft Learn, Certifications and Trainers
- Faster inquiry routing and follow-up
The Partner Center Community forums will continue to be available. They will be focused on communications, collaboration and questions related to products and programs. Please utilize the guide below to better support where your inquiry should go.

- Raul_Lopez_GarciaBrass ContributorHi, a needed improvement to these new forums is that there is no easy way to know which post are as unread. The advanced filters for unread always show "No messages". The old forum was very easy to know which posts I haven't read.

Seem to have run into a bit of a problem,
Needed to ask a question about the recent update to SC-100, so I followed the advice here, clicked through to the new forum, created my display name and posted my question and while there replied to a different one.
My profile was placed into moderation and has just been blocked.
There has been no communication as to why, or the ability to ask why and I know that both my question & reply were appropriate to the forum.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, been off work for a couple of weeks.
Question is in relation to the short case studies, the trainer prep guide states
Neither Mod 1 or 15 have case studies included in the PPT's but Mod 7 does, so really just want clarification as to what case studies should be available.
Also, My profile is still blocked on the support forum so should I just keep posting further questions in here?
