I just received an email from the Vetting Team. I submitted 2 documents that were dated October 2024 and my sales tax certificate dated 12/11/2023. Their reply is the document is too old. Their rule is
All documents submitted should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away.
12/11/2023 is in the format MM/DD/YYYY. When I submitted the document was originally the end of October on the website. When I replied to their email it was Nov 15. So two things. First, it appears they don't understand how the US typically formats dates. Second, even if the format was day/month/year, it is irritatingly petty to say, "Well, this is 3 days too old for this correspondence. We won't even consider when the document was posted a month ago."

You need to get new domain paperwork, your paperwork expires in less than one month which doesn't meet their standards. Get a new one, resubmit and you should be fine.

I delivered a new lease for an additional location that goes into effect tomorrow and will expire in one year. They have been radio silent for 2 weeks. I have directly added comments to the ticket over the last few days so that it won't auto-close. How do we encourage someone on that team to review my document and provide feedback? The site says they will reply in 3 to 5 business days, and we are approaching 10.
