Need Help to Reschedule My DP-100 Certification Exam After OnVUE Check-In Issue
Hello Community,
I need your kind support regarding an issue I faced with my Microsoft certification exam.
I had registered for the DP-100 - Designing and Implementing a Data Science Solution on Azure - English (ENU) exam. I tried to check in through OnVUE 30 minutes before my scheduled time, as instructed. However, during the check-in process, I encountered a laptop camera issue, which caused a delay. By the time I resolved the issue, the check-in window had closed, and I was not allowed to take the exam.
The message shown was: "OnVUE check-in cannot be started at this time." It also said that I may have missed the appointment or completed the exam, but I never got to write the exam at all.
After this, I was advised to reschedule the exam. However, when I log in to my Microsoft dashboard, the DP-100 certification is no longer visible, and I have no option to reschedule. I also contacted Microsoft support, and they directed me here to the Microsoft Certification Community for help.
I’m confused and disappointed, as I prepared for this exam and now I don’t know what steps to take. Please guide me on how I can:
Retrieve my exam information
Reschedule the DP-100 exam
Get support in such situations when there is no live assistance available

For issues when sitting the exam, you need to contact the exam provider, Pearson Vue, https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact and they will reschedule you, if appropriate.
