Missing MCP Certificate

Hi, i passed MCP exam a long time ago and I've&nbsp;lost all my document.&nbsp;Please help me i need my document. note i have phone photo for the certificate.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I apologize for the delay. On Microsoft Learn you are able to sync your Learn profile with other accounts. Please check the out first. &nbsp;
Or you can try to contact the place you received your certificate. But, we are unable to retrieve older certificates.
