Md102 Name issue
Since 2022, I've been actively pursuing Microsoft certifications, having successfully achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and passed the Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. Seeking to further enhance my Microsoft knowledge, I scheduled the MD102 exam through Pearson VUE. On my passport my name is "Faraz" I do not have a Lastname when I signed up to Microsoft during the Form filling it said last name is required anyways so I entered Faraz Faraz PeasonVUE never had issue with my previous exams anyways this time the Protor cancelled my exam. I Spoke with MS support they assisted me with changing my name to "Faraz -"
Candidate: Faraz Faraz
MS ID: MS0990833089
Registration ID: 466238685
Order Number: 0069-7501-2641
Unfortunately, I encountered a family emergency that caused me to miss the initially scheduled exam. Recognizing my responsibility in the matter, I promptly rebooked the exam, going through the payment process once again. However, the exam was subsequently canceled by the examiner due to a name mismatch.

Regrettably, I find myself in a challenging situation where I've paid for the exam twice, and the examiner informed me that only Microsoft has the authority to permit a free rebooking. Life has presented me with significant struggles, both personally and financially, making it difficult for me to afford another attempt.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating the rebooking of the MD102 exam. I am sincerely committed to continuing my certification journey with Microsoft, and your support in this challenging time would mean a great deal.
Thank you for considering my situation, and I hope we can find a solution to address these unforeseen challenges.
