I linked my Microsoft Partner University account (email address removed for privacy reasons ) to my personal Microsoft account

This is a larger partner / Partner Center issue that I don't have the expertise. It would be best if, when you PC admin is logged into Partner Center, they click on the support icon in the top right of the page and submit a ticket to get assistance from Global Partner Solutions (GPS) support.
