HOW TO RETRIEVE MY MCP ID

Good day,

I passed my Microsoft E-Learning exam long time ago and I've lost all document that my MCP Id number is suppose to be on. Kindly help me. I need my document. Also the company email that I've used before is no longer available. Is there a way I can get my certificate again? Thanks in advance

  • Hello, y2m2target

If you have lost access to your account because it is with a former employer, 2 things to keep in mind.

    1. If you need profile support, you will likely end up at https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp

Consider going directly there as the staff there have the tools to help you recover and merge accounts when you cannot. That's your best bet to get access to an account you lost access to.

    2. If you took a Certified Exam, it should be tied to your personal Microsoft account as the exam process (should) prohibit you from taking an exam with your work account. Could you specify what exam it was and around what time (maybe even year) it was when you took it? The above Credential forum I linked not only supports users with their learn profiles but also all credentials (certs, applied skills, etc.)

Hope you're able to get access somehow.
