    This is a forum for Microsoft partners, not for test takers, and neither is it a support forum.

    The correct location for your question is https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport 

    It is not possible to transfer certifications. If you deleted your email account and/or Learn profile, then you cannot recover your certifications unless you have access to one of the email accounts associated with it.
