AZ-900 Certificate not received

Hi Team,
I have passed my two exams AZ-400 and SC-200 10-11 months back but now i am searching them in my transcript however the certification doesn't show up on my there.
Can someone help me please on urgent basis because one of them is about to expire on 2nd August so i have to renew that.
Exams are not certifications. Exams do not expire.
The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
