AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certificate not getting

Hi,
In my experience, the most likely reason is that the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert" certification requires the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" certification as a prerequisite.
The AZ-305 exam is only one part of earning the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. Simply passing AZ-305 is not enough unless you also hold the required associate-level certification.
If you already have both the Azure Administrator Associate certification and have passed the AZ-305 exam, but still haven't received the Solutions Architect Expert certification, I recommend contacting Microsoft support for assistance.
