Achievement Code URL Creation Issue
Dear Team,
We are unable to complete the “Learner Course & Achievement Code URL Creation” process.
After generating the URL as instructed in the documentation, we do not see the “Request Achievement Code” button.
We submitted the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment on July 8, but the issue still persists.
In addition, we have already tried the troubleshooting suggestions available online, and we also attempted the enrollment process using three different email addresses — unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem.
Could you please advise on what we can do next?
Thank you very much for your support!

I'm also having experiencing the same. I filled out the form to submit an email to be made into a Class Administrator but have not heard back. I have checked the classes in Learn and the button to generate codes is not there. Any support with this would be great. Thanks

Hi TibaMe,
We've discovered a recent issue with onboarding net-new admin accounts that we're working on fixing now. I'm not sure if it goes back all the way to July 8, but I can check. Can you please send me a DM with your name, partner name, and Microsoft Partner ID (formerly MPN ID) that can be found once logged into Partner Center. With that info I can check.

Achievement codes are only available once you sign in to MS Learn using your designated Class Administrator account. This is the email that you/your TSP registered (as detailed in the Microsoft Learn Readiness Resources Kit) - and entered into the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment form.
