Weird issues with my O365 account

Hey folks,     Anybody see this before? Not sure what I did but my profile pic icon has a green question mark. Looks like this. Any idea what this means?

I think it's tied to my Skype for Business, but my online status in this doesn't seem to change. The question mark icon doesn't change.

    Yup, it's the SfB status indicator, might be indicating problem with getting free/busy. In my case I'm not even able to connect to SfB via OWA anymore...
