"Type the email of the account you would like to use" message
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help I keep getting this message (Below) If I put in my credentials it just say that it doesn't recognise my email address? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

Can you please provide screen shot of the error or exact error message?
Is it saying your email is not recognized cause you do not have permission to the file?
Or you are typing O365 email address when it is requiring live id and vise versa?- The owner of the file might have selected to share the document with a link specific to a certain username. Try asking the owner of the document and see how they decided to share the link.
