Syndicate partners problem

Question

We often see that customers of us can't accept our partnerrequest because they have bought there licenses at a 'syndicate' partner. In my opinion the client must be free to buy there licenses were they want but once they bought it at a syndicat partner they can't accept any partnerrquests anymore. Is there are workaround for this problem? Or is this going to be resolved soon?

Hi Jeroen,&nbsp;I think this is a problem when you use the CSP program if you use open license you do not have this issue.&nbsp;Kr,&nbsp;Paul

Correct this is a CSP program problem. As far as I know there aren't any open license syndicate partners with those restrictions.

Correct and there is no way to change it. :/
