Not able to activate my Office 365 subscription
Hello Office365 team,
I have purchased subscription for Office365 for family package. But it is not activating in my PC.

This may be because your current license was Office Professional Plus 2016, not Office 365.
Try this:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/install
- Log in if necessary
- Click the blue "Install Office >" button and follow the instructions.
