Modern Authentication Dependent Features
Besides Focused Inbox, is anyone aware of any other features dependent on having Modern Authentication enabled?
MAPI/HTTP, Conditional access, tenant restrictions, pass-trough auth, you name it... You should be planning to switch to using Modern auth as soon as possible, regardless of whether you have MFA enabled.

MAPI/HTTPs isn't dependent, and the InsiderFast track now does Focused Inbox without Modern Auth.
It is important to get to Modern Auth, for one your users probably won't need to enter their passwords into Outlook and Skype anymore, but only when you've got rid of the legacy clients that don't support it, basically anything older than 2013SP1 on PC, or 2016 on mac.
