MFA Trouble for 1 User
I have one user who lost his phone and is no longer able to access his email account due to MFA. I've turned off MFA for the user, and now he can access his email but is unable to access his security...

Go to the Azure AD blade > Users > select the user > Authentication methods > hit the Require re-register multifactor authentication.
