Identity Server 3 can be used as a identity provider for SharePoint online specific site collection

Hi,

We have office 365 and SharePoint Online set up.SharePoint online has couple of site collections added for intranet and other team sites.

I now need to move one SharePoint onpremise site collection to SharePoint online site collection,this current on premise site collection uses 'Identity Server 3 using OpenID'(http://identityserver.io/) as a identity server and users have been stored into SQL server database.

Is it possible to integrate this identity server with SharePoint online site collection as identity provider instead of using Azure AD for authentication, so that this specific SP online site collection users will be authenticated using Identity server and rest of the SP online site collections and other Office 365 products will continue to authenticate using Azure AD?

Any help or pointer would be much appreciated.
