Can the same domain that synced for ADFS, to have cloud identity at the same time?

Good day all,

 

Just want to clarify on the ADFS.

 

Can the same domain that synced for ADFS, to have cloud identity at the same time?

 

As per my understand, the domain will be locked once use for ADFS and the ID need be create only from AD and synced.

 

Additionally, 

 

All users are located around 14 states. Currently using same domain, but their AD are hosted individually, meaning each location have their own AD forest. Can i achive SSO in this circumstances?

    Think I already answered this on Answers (or was it TechNet?:)). The answer is no and the recommendation is to look at using dirsync with password sync as a possible replacement.
