Best Practice for Relying Parties

Our in house development team is in the process of changing our 100+  MVC web applications over to use our on premises ADFS for authentication to allow us to utilize our MFA solution. I was wondering from a best practice perspective would it be better to create an RP for each application or create a singe RP and add each realm as a RP ID.
