Authenticator is not giving approval requests or giving authentication codes.
My workplace requires me to use Authenticator to log into my laptop. I got a new phone and set up Authenticator and everything seemed kosher, but when I tap on my work account name it won't open the page that gives me verification codes, and also won't give me approval requests. Any ideas for fixes?

SRArmstrong Microsoft Authenticator has to be reset up on the new cellphone. Authenticator details do not copy over, even though it may appear so. This is an intentional security design. If you have the old cellphone, connect it to Wi-Fi to use that authentication. Then go to your account security settings, add the new cellphone, remove the old cellphone. The old must be removed. Or get your admin to take care of this.
More detail is required to sort this out, btw, for your case you can directly contact your workspace Admin since they can manage your ID and MFA (authenticator)
