Signing up for Non-profit 365 basic
Hi
We are based in the UK, and I have signed up for MS non profit via TechSoup and Charity Digital; I have been told that we have been approved as a non-profit. I have set up the MS Admin Center and associated our domain. When I come to select the free MS 365 basic package from Billing|Purchase Services for our users I am offered the "paid for" version - no free version available.
I have also noticed that when I log into the Nonprofit Hub (not even sure what this is, or whether it's important), I get the message:
"Something went wrong
We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 920-123190 and transaction 5077c6a9-8a5b-4b35-af78-3291ed34dc25.
I have posted a query with support, but nothing has happened.
We are a small, newly established, UK charity and MS is a very important step for us, can I have some help please to set up our MS Non-profit account.

The problem should be resolved at this time. Please try logging into your account and your Nonprofit Hub again and let me know if you were successful or not.
