Re‑verification request for an already approved nonprofit tenant
Hello, Our NGO was successfully verified as a Microsoft nonprofit last year. Everything worked correctly until recently, when I logged into https://nonprofit.microsoft.com and the portal asked me to upload verification documents again.
Could someone explain why our organization is being asked to re‑validate its nonprofit status, even though we were already approved? Nothing has changed in our legal status, and we have been continuously using Microsoft nonprofit benefits.
Is this a normal periodic re‑verification, or does it indicate an issue with our tenant?

I’d probably treat this as a verification check rather than assume something is wrong with the tenant. Nonprofit status may need to be confirmed again from time to time, even when nothing has changed. I’d follow the portal’s instructions and see whether Microsoft provides a specific reason.
