Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello,
Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses.
The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card. I tried using a prepaid Mastercard, but it was not accepted. Unfortunately, our organization does not have a credit card.
Is there any way to obtain these licenses without providing a credit card number?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,

Hello Nasim,
Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on your acceptance into the Microsoft Nonprofit program.
You're correct—although the donated licenses are granted at no cost, the system may still require a billing profile with valid payment information as part of the administrative setup. This is also in place to streamline future purchases, should your organization choose to expand its licensing.
If your organization does not have a credit card, I recommend the following options:
• Try a debit card issued by your organization, if available
• Contact Microsoft Nonprofit Support directly to request assistance with provisioning the licenses without a credit card. They may be able to help you complete the setup manually or offer an alternative method
