Help with Office desktop
Hello,
I have a non-profit account with two users. One is the admin and the other one is a "normal" user.
I have assigned the Microsoft 365 Business Premium to both and I have been able to download and install all the desktops apps.
The problem is I can't use them. When I open the app it requires me to sign in and I don't know what to do.
I am stuck.

Parcoannoni I am having the same issues. We registered as a non profit back in May 2023 and have been using Microsoft 365 just fine up until our computer crashed and we had to get another one. I have tried installing it and signing in with all of the emails we used when I originally assigned the licenses to each user but anytime we go to use the apps, it requires an activation or product key and there's not one to put in. I have tried everything.

Hello LCochran85,
Since your situation requires troubleshooting that involves sharing private information about your account and environment, I recommend contacting Nonprofit Support.
In the Get more help section, fill out the form and select Login in the "What can we help you with?" drop-down menu.
Thanks,
- TerriLancasterCopper ContributorHaving similar issues getting Microsoft on my desktop. I can only view it on Microsoft.com and it isn't feasible to have to login into that each time I use it. It is requesting a product key to proceed. Where do I get that? I got Microsoft 365 from a Tech Soup grant. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Parcoannoni
Have you tried signing in with your "normal" account's email address and password?
Thanks
Matt
- ParcoannoniCopper ContributorIt doesn't work with any of them, hence I am asking.
