Why do Apple macOS and Ubuntu clients display Exchange meeting times one hour earlier than scheduled

If a meeting is generated from Apple macOS and Ubuntu clients showing the meeting time as one hour earlier than the actual scheduled time email solution is exchange server 2019, what will be the issue.

  • A consistent one-hour difference points toward time-zone or daylight-saving interpretation, but the information provided does not identify which client or setting is responsible. Exchange meetings carry time information that clients convert for local display; the computer clock alone is not enough to validate that conversion. First, identify the exact macOS and Ubuntu calendar applications and versions, and whether the incorrect time appears for the organizer, recipients, or both. Create one test meeting and compare its time in Outlook on the web with the affected clients. Check each device’s configured time zone and daylight-saving rules, plus the mailbox’s regional time-zone setting. Compare a meeting before and after a daylight-saving transition to expose rule differences. Do not compensate by moving all meetings one hour. Also plan migration from Exchange Server 2019, which has reached end of support. Share the test results before applying a server-side change.
