Way to restrict user login mailbox via domain joined pc

Don_Vlogeer you need to create a conditional access policy that target a group of users and the M365 exchange app with a grant control as below :

For exchange online we can limit via conditional access, however we are using exchange 2019 hybrid with exchange online. is there any solution targeting exchange server 2019

  Don_Vlogeer yes you can apply the modern authentication on your mailboxes located at your exchange on-prem mailboxes. I will share with you my article on how to configure it.
