I just saw below update on Roadmap:&nbsp;http://fasttrack.microsoft.com/roadmap#R-68127&nbsp;Default Mailbox size increasing for E3/E5The default mailbox size for Exchange Online E3 and E5 users is increasing from 50GB to 100GB.&nbsp;If a mailbox has been assigned a non-default quota (for any of the 3 quota values) then no change is made.&nbsp;&nbsp;Tenants will be able to increase quotas up to 100GB.&nbsp;Any idea if Shared Mailbox will also get this uplift?&nbsp;

I guess when you would turn the shared mailbox into a normal mailbox and back it would work to get the 100 gb.

But a mailbox with 100gb do not know what you want to store in there...

Then it is really time to get to work with SharePoint in combination with a good flow.
