It is hard to say what might be going on. I checked with someone else and we both agree that this is unusual as a permanent situation.
- Do you by any chance have DAG members that are on a different CU level?
- Does Exchange Health Checker call anything specific out? https://aka.ms/ExchangeHealthChecker
- When did this start?
