New User can't view the Outlook Delegates page in Microsoft 365
Hi everyone,
we are having trouble with one user who cannot open the "Delegate Page" of his account.
There was no migration - just an hybrid created user with an RemoteMailbox.
I tried this Cannot view Outlook Delegates page - Exchange | Microsoft Learn - but it does not fix it.
Created a new profile in Outlook 365 - also not working
Changed the language to english - also not working.
It must be some kind of permission error in his mailbox - can anyone tell me where to look next?

- Any particular error you're getting? Same behavior in OWA and Outlook? Does he have other EWS-related issues, such as not being able to see free/busy or OOO info?
- Error is: The Delegates page is not available. Cannot access the Outlook folder.
It just happens in Outlook classic.
Other related functions are working fine.- Just in case, run the EWS test from RCA: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/exo
