New User can't view the Outlook Delegates page in Microsoft 365
Hi everyone, we are having trouble with one user who cannot open the "Delegate Page" of his account. There was no migration - just an hybrid created user with an RemoteMailbox. I tried this ...
Any particular error you're getting? Same behavior in OWA and Outlook? Does he have other EWS-related issues, such as not being able to see free/busy or OOO info?
Error is: The Delegates page is not available. Cannot access the Outlook folder.
It just happens in Outlook classic.

VasilMichev I really got an error back:
The call to GetUserAvailability returned no conflicts when conflicts were expected.
Everything else is green
- You can ignore that one. But sadly it also means I'm out of ideas.
