New User can't view the Outlook Delegates page in Microsoft 365

Any particular error you're getting? Same behavior in OWA and Outlook? Does he have other EWS-related issues, such as not being able to see free/busy or OOO info?

Error is: The Delegates page is not available. Cannot access the Outlook folder.
It just happens in Outlook classic.
Other related functions are working fine.

VasilMichev I really got an error back:
The call to GetUserAvailability returned no conflicts when conflicts were expected.
Everything else is green
