Mount an Outlook profile on an Exchange server

Hello,

I have an Exchange Server 2016 on which I installed Outlook 2013.

When I try to mount an Outlook mailbox from this server, the profile configuration fails. I am stuck at the authentication pop-up step which does not take into account the identifiers.

From another server in the same domain no problem.

From domain PCs no problem.

From PCs outside the domain or network no problem either.

It is only from the Exchange server itself that it is impossible for me to set up a mailbox.

I checked the URLs of the virtual directories and they are identical whether internally or externally.

Any ideas would be welcome.
