I am looking for an option to display the Notes tab from OWA in Outlook 365.

Hi,

In our environment, we have servers running WS 2019 and Exchnage 2016.

After logging into mail via OWA. I click LMB on some addressee in the inbox. The tabs are then displayed: Contact, Notes, Organization. The Notes tab is equivalent to the info attribute in ActiveDirecory.

I am looking for a way to display the Notes tab in Outlook 365 as well.
Currently, this tab is visible only in OWA.

Do you know how to enable this tab in the Outlook application?

Thanks for looking at this topic.

I have, however, managed to track down how to do this in Outlook.

When you add a contact from the global address book to your account then the Notes field is also imported and displays whenever you open that contact.

Outlook 365 does not provide the "Notes" tab by default.
If you want a more automated solution that syncs with the "info" attribute in Active Directory,
you might need to explore third-party tools or custom development solutions tailored to your specific environment and requirements.
