EOP - OME

Hello 

maybe wrong community :D - but here goes anyway :S

The Office Encryption Message (OME)  have this by "default" as shown below - but where do I (re-)define/adjust these?

    Just for clarification, since I stumbled on this by a slightly different search I was doing. It should be noted that while yes, these are built in default templates, you can totally add custom ones to that list assuming you have a business tenancy within Microsoft 365. Use the admin Compliance center and information protection service to define custom templates and publish them to your users. https://compliance.microsoft.com
  • Just to clarify that apart from disabling DNF, you cannot modify the actual template.

    Those are Outlook features. You can disable Do Not Forward though
